Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. You will provide expert support for Fitbit devices, assist with setup of health metrics, and help users navigate the ecosystem in Italian.

This role offers fully paid training, a relocation package, health insurance, and a performance-based bonus. Strong communication skills and EU passport are required for a seamless international operation.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to ensure seamless internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage for this Italian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, high-touch support to customers regarding Fitbit wearable devices and fitness tracking software.
• Guide users through setup of health metrics, activity tracking, and personalized wellness goal-setting.
• Troubleshoot technical connectivity issues between hardware devices and the Fitbit ecosystem in Italian.
• Educate clients on how to maximize their fitness data for improved health outcomes and wellness management.
• Maintain a high standard of service that reflects the premium quality of the Fitness & Wellness industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance based on user interactions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of proactive fitness monitoring.
