- Fluency in Italian and good English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and live chat.
- Assist customers with vehicle information, digital services and warranties.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining satisfaction.
- Coordinate with dealerships, service centres and internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional, empathetic communication.
