Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations in Onalaska, WI is seeking an ITAD Operations Supervisor to lead a multi-department team, drive production goals, and uphold safety and quality. You will act as a servant leader, removing barriers and fostering engagement across shifts.

The role offers $23.85–$27.00 per hour, quarterly profit sharing, PTO, holidays, health benefits, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities. A related degree and 1–3 years in operations leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, production, or leadership roles.
• Experience supervising or coaching a team in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Prefer ITAD, electronics recycling, or hardware processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of a work group.
• Maintain production plan and goals.
• General ITAD support work.
• Inspire and manage performance of the team.
• Develop and execute the team's development plan.
