Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations in Onalaska, WI is seeking an ITAD Operations Supervisor to lead a multi-department team, drive production goals, and uphold safety and quality. You will act as a servant leader, removing barriers and fostering engagement across shifts.

The role offers $23.85–$27.00 per hour, quarterly profit sharing, PTO, holidays, health benefits, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities. A related degree and 1–3 years in operations leadership are preferred.

Work Location: Onalaska, Wi

Schedule: Full-Time / Monday – Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Compensation: $23.85 – $27.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

What You Bring (Briefcase)

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but relevant experience matters more
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, production, or leadership roles
• At least 2 years of experience supervising or coaching a team in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, production, or hardware processing environments
