Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations in Onalaska, WI is seeking a 1st Shift Forklift Operator to operate gas and/or electric forklifts, move and stage materials, and support daily production.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of warehouse experience and forklift operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The shift runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience and prior forklift operation required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely throughout the shift.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate gas and/or electric forklifts to move and stage materials
• Deliver materials to the production floor to support daily operations
• Sort, weigh, and organize materials in the warehouse
• Use a computer to enter data and complete inventory/production reports
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and support warehouse cleanliness
• Assist production team members as needed throughout the shift
