Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, production, or leadership roles.
• At least 2 years supervising or coaching a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: ITAD, electronics recycling, production, or hardware processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of a work group.
• Maintain production plan and goals.
• General ITAD support work.
• Inspire, answer questions, and manage performance of a team.
