Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and partnering with senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year IT workforce strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Lead workforce planning across IT and identify future demand and capabilities.
- Develop workforce strategies using build, buy, borrow, and automate approaches.
- Serve as strategic advisor to IT leadership on workforce planning and AI readiness.
