Job summary

Penn Information Systems & Computing in Philadelphia seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for Penn Wellness and related services. You will be the primary contact between HireIT and Penn Wellness, troubleshooting complex issues, and coordinating IT services that keep patient care uninterrupted.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and project coordination skills, with experience in Epic, Azure Virtual Desktop, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required with 2–3 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience providing technical support for Macintosh and Windows client OS and productivity apps.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records and HIPAA compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Penn Wellness and related services.
• Serve as primary contact between HireIT and Penn Wellness, troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating IT services.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge base and documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service continuity across campuses.
