Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking an IT Learning Specialist in Washington, DC or Charlotte to design, deliver, and continually improve training for firm software used by lawyers and business teams. You will champion best practices, develop materials, and serve as a productivity coach to maximize individual and team performance.

This role requires strong public speaking, extensive Office 365 expertise, and experience training in a large professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience providing computer applications training in a medium-to-large professional services firm.
• Experience training partners and lawyers is strongly preferred.
• Microsoft 365 certification at expert level is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in software applications used by the firm, including custom apps.
• Create/modify training materials, reference guides, and videos.
• Plan and maintain curricula, schedules, and attendance using the LMS.
• Collaborate with People team and department heads to tailor training.
• Provide deskside support and advanced problem-solving for end users.
• Educate other IT staff and participate in special projects.
