Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant training or experience.
• High school diploma with any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Ability to read, research, understand, and communicate federal reporting requirements for workforce programs.
• Experience using SQL and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and communication skills to convey business requirements to systems and program personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for the state's case management and labor exchange system.
• Provide technical assistance to users with varying levels of technical, website or workforce system expertise.
• Collaborate with team and vendor to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Manage system-related projects and provide professional and quality support to staff, employers, jobseekers, and constituents.
• Utilize SQL to conduct programmatic and case management analyses to support data-driven decisions.
• Create documentation to ensure maintenance and administration is standardized.
