Job summary

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications experience required (5 years).
• BA/BS or equivalent with IT-related field or 4 years IT experience.
• 4 years IT training or end-user support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, presentation, and teaching skills (5 years).
• Willingness to travel within Georgia for in-person training (1 year).
• Experience developing IT application training content for end-users is highly desired (4 years).
• Experience in instructional design, visual design, storyboarding, and script writing is highly desired (2 years).
• Familiarity with Articulate 360/Storyline is highly desired (2 years).
• Familiarity with Captivate is highly desired (2 years).
• Familiarity with TechSmith Camtasia is highly desired (2 years).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is highly desired (1 year).
• Experience maintaining training records within an LMS is highly desired (1 year).
