  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT Training leadership, application support teams, Business Analysts (BAs), Product Managers, IT Delivery, IT Communications, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business needs, project timelines, adoption goals, and organizational objectives.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, manuals, documentation, quick tips, best practice guides, FAQs, and role‑based learning resources to keep content relevant and up to date with current Firm processes and technology standards. Create “How To” training videos and digital learning content as needed. Knowledge of Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe Premiere, WellSaid, learning management systems, and similar training technologies is a plus.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting techniques, coaching, and practical guidance to Firm personnel to help them resolve common technology issues efficiently. This includes practical demonstrations, hands‑on problem‑solving sessions, and the development of troubleshooting guides and support resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, attendance, learner confidence, completion data, assessments, support trends, and other available metrics. Implement improvements as necessary.
  • Research, test, and validate Firm‑approved software for desktop and/or mobile devices as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
