Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking an IT Tier I Technician to support the Resort and Convention Center IT systems. You will install software, manage security levels, and help users with technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED, a Bachelor's in Computer Science is preferred, and 2+ years of programming experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• 2+ years of computer programming is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install selected software, maintain proper security levels and access rights.
• Ensure the quality of systems operations and assist users and departments.
• Attend department meetings and participate in daily stand-up meetings.
• Maintain records of all systems and ensure knowledge of software and network applications.
• Support guests and operational teams with a collaborative approach.
