Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II at our Wisconsin Dells location. You will ensure each unit and building is in proper working order, applying your HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills to deliver quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities include completing preventative maintenance, repairing walls and ceilings, and inspecting systems while following safety programs and collaborating with teammates to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Intermediate maintenance knowledge covering HVAC, electrical and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Apply maintenance knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures; prevent and troubleshoot hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair interior walls and ceilings, patching drywall, replacing wall coverings or texture and painting.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
