Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, and laptop hardware.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under deadlines.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Guide teammates through system administration, install and troubleshoot computer systems and programs.
• Review and identify new systems and programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist Director of IT with internal processes and special projects.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Set up new employee systems and retrieve property during offboarding.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
