Mister Car Wash seeks an IT Support Tech in Tucson to provide Tier 1–2 technical support across the organization, resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain documentation. The role supports both on-site and remote users and contributes to system reliability and asset management.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in IT support, familiarity with Microsoft Office and service desk platforms, and CompTIA Fundamentals+ or A+ preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support or related technical role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and service desk platforms.
• Experience supporting diverse IT environments and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• CompTIA Fundamentals+ or CompTIA A+ (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for internal users across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Document issues and resolutions; maintain ticketing records.
