AMG Tech Support seeks skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base in diverse environments. This role goes beyond desk work, involving OS installations, cabling, and on-site problem solving.

You will work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites, be on call in your territory, and maintain professional client interactions. Benefits include flexible schedule, advancement opportunities, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• IT/Telecom experience in field settings.
• PC and printer troubleshooting knowledge.
• Willingness to be on-call for service requests.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling, drilling, running and dressing cables.
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant and corporate sites.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to requests in territory.
