Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support a nationwide client base. The role goes beyond desk work, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, cabling, and telecom tasks across multiple sites.

You will operate in diverse settings—from retail to healthcare—maintaining professional client interactions and being on-call to address service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Willingness to work in diverse environments and on-call.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics and software setup.
• Conduct structured cabling, drilling, running and dressing cables.
• Handle telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
