Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting systems and supporting end users.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• End user computer imaging, configuration, and setup.
• Provide help desk support and troubleshoot issues.
• Open/close trouble tickets and escalate when needed.
• Assist IT team with network and systems issues and cyber threats.
• Create/modify/delete user and email accounts.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment.
• Provide mobile device support and cabling tasks.
• Document procedures and user guides.
• Travel to branch/project offices as needed.
