Veterans Inc. is seeking a dynamic IT Technician to provide day-to-day technical support across multiple New England locations, including Worcester, MT, and ND, with required travel throughout the region.

Under the IT Manager, you will resolve system issues, secure workstations, and ensure reliable hardware operations to empower frontline teams delivering critical resources to veterans. The role demands a two‑year degree or equivalent experience and strong Windows/Azure/AD skills.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of IT support experience troubleshooting within a Windows environment.
• Proven hands-on administration of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory users and groups.
• Experience setting up, supporting, and troubleshooting workstations, mobile devices, and remote VPNs.
• Strong foundation in wired/wireless network troubleshooting, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpdesk Support: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, landlines, mobile devices, software, and hardware.
• Administer Core IT Systems: manage Office 365, Azure AD, user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
• Maintain Network & MDM Tools: support Meraki MDM, UniFi access points, and cellular services.
• Manage Endpoint Security: monitor email security and deploy protection tools.
• Deploy & Image Devices: assist with Windows 11 upgrades and device imaging.
• Support Cloud Migrations: assist moving on-prem servers to Azure or AWS.
• Transition to Intune: support migration to Microsoft Intune.
• Oversee Specialized Platforms: coordinate vendors for CCTV and HMIS platform.
• Track Inventory & Logs: document licenses, device assignments, configurations, and access logs.
• Build Reports & Analytics: assist with Power BI dashboards using Clarity data.
• Train & Educate Staff: create documentation for hardware, software, and cybersecurity hygiene.
• Ensure Policy Compliance: uphold data protection and confidentiality policies.
