Job summary

Veterans Inc. seeks a dynamic IT Manager to lead technology infrastructure, secure digital assets, and optimize systems across New England, MT, and ND.

You will manage a team of IT technicians under the Director of Operations and drive the technology roadmap for mission delivery. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT with leadership, expertise in Azure/Office 365, cybersecurity, and multi-site administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years IT experience with at least 3 in leadership roles.
• Experience supporting distributed multi-site IT in the nonprofit sector.
• Ability to travel to Veterans Inc. locations; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership, vendor management, and regional IT coverage.
• Lead technical support, field operations, and asset inventory lifecycle.
• Oversee systems administration: Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, UniFi.
• Enforce cybersecurity, compliance, incident response, and training.
