The successful candidate will provide senior-level technical support, maintain asset management, and collaborate with third-party vendors while aligning with ITIL-based processes and SCRUM project practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of hardware/software experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, iOS and Android OS, Active Directory, MDM, MFA, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supervising IT staff and providing leadership in a service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop IT Technicians through coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate task assignments and assist Technicians with complex issues.
• Design and maintain robust desktop hardware/software solutions and imaging procedures.
• Administer the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Liaise with vendors for IT services and manage asset inventory.
• Lead deployment of end-user devices and maintain images for setup.
• Provide reporting to IT management and support meetings as needed.
