Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support for the lodge systems. Reporting to the IT Manager, duties include workstation and printer installation and maintenance, administration of local servers, network monitoring, hardware performance, connectivity and backups.

You will work with on-property staff on PMS/ POS issues, monitor and administer networks, assemble/ install computers, supervise users, and participate in training and corporate IT projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of O365, Microsoft Office, networking concepts (TCP/IP, SMTP, Ethernet), desktop/mobile OS and hardware, plus AV support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with on-property staff on systems related issues for PMS and POS.
• Proactively monitor and administer network, workstations, security, backups and servers.
• Assemble, repair, install and de-install computers and related equipment.
• Supervise and train employees in system usage and policy compliance.
• Support corporate IT projects and trainings; manage workloads at the resort.
