Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an IT Technician in Traverse City, MI, responsible for providing technical support for systems at the lodge. The role includes workstation and printer installation, monitoring the network and hardware performance, and training employees on system usage. Candidates should have an Associates degree in IT, strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and networking, and previous IT experience in a related industry is preferred. Qualifications

• Strong support knowledge of O365, Microsoft Office, network technologies, and audio/visual support experience.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Previous IT experience in hotel/resort/theme park industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the systems at the lodge.
• Administer and enforce GWR license agreements for compliance.
• Work closely with on-property staff on systems related issues.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the knowledge base current.
