Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange, GA is seeking an IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for lodge systems, including workstation, printer installation, server administration, network monitoring, and backups. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work with on-property staff, manage inventory, and participate in training to keep knowledge up-to-date.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in IT and have hands-on experience with O365, networking, and desktop/mobile OS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with O365, Microsoft Office, networking concepts and OS/hardware.
• Background check and background drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PMS, POS and resort systems.
• Monitor and administer network, workstations, backups and servers.
• Install, repair and de-install computers and related equipment.
• Train staff on system use and enforce policies.
• Support IT team and assist with projects and field work.
• Maintain inventory and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Prioritize workload and participate in ongoing training.
