Job summary

Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is hiring an IT Technician to provide Tier 1 support across multiple Florida locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage tickets, and assist with onboarding and training.

This role requires 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience and an associate degree in IT or related field. The position offers competitive pay of $20.69/hour, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits in a multi-site healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
Experience with on-site and remote troubleshooting in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support for computers, printers, phones, and tablets.
Respond to tickets promptly with friendly, professional service.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations and related equipment.
Maintain IT asset documentation and support logs.
Coordinate with vendors on upgrades and repairs.
Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and SOPs.
