Job summary
Enercon Technologies is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to provide tier I support for workstations, peripherals, and accounts, monitor systems, and document procedures.
You will triage tickets, install software, manage Active Directory and Exchange, perform OS imaging, and coordinate with departments to meet technology needs while following security guidelines.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years help desk or related experience
- 2 years minimum experience in an IT support role
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange preferred
- Experience documenting processes and procedures
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of printer drivers and queue management
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Hardware maintenance or configuration experience
Responsibilities
- Provide tier I support for workstations and peripherals
- Triage, assign, and resolve help desk tickets
- Perform remote software installation and configuration
- Manage user accounts and security policies
- Assist with OS imaging and deployment
- Support mobile device management
- Coordinate with departments for technology needs
- Document how-to guides and knowledge base articles
