Job summary

City and County of Denver seeks an IT Technician III to join the DEN Business Technologies Service Desk Team. You will provide level-one support for Windows, Active Directory, hardware and software, including Office 365, Teams, Chrome, and mobile devices.

This hybrid role reports to IT Operations. You will log tickets, assist with device upgrades, document issues, and contribute to a knowledge base while collaborating across teams at Denver International Airport.

Qualifications

• Proven troubleshooting background across Windows, AD, hardware, and software.
• Experience in Service Desk or Help Desk environments.
• Ability to translate technical jargon for customers and document tickets.
• Familiar with Office 365, Teams, Chrome, smartphones.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid, on-site and remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing level-one support for Windows, Active Directory, desktop/laptop hardware, and software.
• Logging/documenting tickets and assisting with requests.
• Deploying/configuring mobile devices and leading device upgrade efforts.
• Escalating complex issues to higher resolver groups as needed.
• Maintaining KB articles and writing communications about outages and maintenance.
