Job summary

City and County of Denver is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician II to provide level-one support for Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and hardware, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience providing level-one IT support to end users.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and collaboration tools.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and incident tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and respectful level-one support for Windows 10/11 and hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Log tickets in ServiceNow and coordinate with other teams.
• Assist with device provisioning (laptops/desktops/phones) and MFA setup.
• Take on-call duties on a rotation basis (holidays/weekends).
• Communicate outages and maintenance via email to the organization.
