Job summary

Qualifications

• A+, Network+ certifications required.

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows OS and client/server applications including MS Office and SQL apps.
• Troubleshoot in Microsoft OS environments and VMware.
• Identify and address basic LAN issues (NIC setup, cabling, connectivity).
• Participate in PC upgrade and migration projects.
• Troubleshoot PC system problems and document solutions.
• Coordinate purchases, installation, and upgrades.
