Job summary

Goodwill of Silicon Valley is seeking an IT Technician II to deliver advanced support for enterprise and retail systems across sites, including the Main Plant in San Jose. You will manage Microsoft Intune enrollment, MFA enforcement, and automated patch management to keep systems secure.

Responsibilities include imaging and deploying workstations, asset inventory, and Tier II guidance while supporting Office 365, RMH, NetSuite, Bonavend, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with desktop or IT support.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work after-hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II IT support for enterprise and retail systems.
• Manage Microsoft Intune enrollment, MFA enforcement, and patch management.
• Imaging, deploying, and provisioning workstations for new hires and existing staff.
• Collaborate with teams on API integrations and maintain IT documentation.
