Job summary

Intulse, Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join our Lancaster, PA team. The role involves on-site installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing infrastructure support for desktops, servers, and networks.

You will handle field deployments, network configurations, and security best practices while delivering proactive client service and maintaining clear communication with users and team members.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an IT support, helpdesk, or field technician role.
• Strong Windows and Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services).
• Apple/macOS and iOS device support experience.
• Experience with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, or similar).
• Solid networking skills: TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, wireless, VPN.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, and wireless APs.
• Familiarity with running and terminating low voltage cabling.
• Comfortable using ticketing, RMM, and remote support tools.
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making in the field.
• Clear written and verbal communicator with self-directed work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Level 1 technicians on complex issues.
• Diagnose and resolve problems across desktops, servers, and network gear.
• Troubleshoot root causes and document fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Make quick, well-reasoned decisions when plans change.
• Delight clients with fast, respectful, and helpful service.
• Install and configure hardware and networking equipment.
