Job summary

Banner Health's Banner Staffing Services-Mesa is seeking an IT Technician I to support hardware, software and networking tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role emphasizes customer service, training junior team members, and coordinating with IT groups to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.

This onsite, part-time position requires Arizona residency and a Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of using and operating a wide range of desktop and mobile devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot information technology issues and communicate with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports hardware maintenance and repair, job scheduling, and data center SNOW requests.
• Responds to customer inquiries and standard IT service requests.
• Helps train junior team members and promotes teamwork within the group.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and follows procedures.
• Keeps up-to-date with IT knowledge relevant to healthcare operations.
