Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an IT Technician to support store, career center and distribution center IT needs. The role requires daily travel to locations, installation, repair, and maintenance of network hardware and software, and POS system support.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of IT troubleshooting experience, an A+ certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. On-site locations include Phoenix, AZ, with competitive starting pay and benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of troubleshooting and supporting PC software, hardware, peripherals and networks in a business environment.

Mansioni

• Maintain records and technical documentation for hardware/software and peripherals.
• Update location of company assets and equipment.
• Provide network, hardware, and software support at multiple Goodwill locations.
• Install, repair, and maintain network hardware/software used in stores and distribution centers.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of the retail POS system.
