Job summary

Heritage Companies is seeking an IT Technician I to provide frontline technical support for our hospitality properties. You will install, configure and maintain computers, mobile devices and related technology, while documenting requests in Freshservice.

The role includes assisting with onboarding, user access controls, and initial support for POS and PMS systems across multiple Heritage locations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of IT support experience and a solid understanding of Google

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, Google Workspace and basic networking.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline technical support to employees on-site and remotely, resolving hardware, software, account and connectivity issues.
Install, configure and maintain computers, Chromebooks, mobile devices, printers and related technology.
Document and manage service requests through Freshservice, escalating complex issues as needed.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, user accounts and access controls in Google Workspace.
Provide initial support for POS, PMS, guest-room technology and other hospitality systems.
Assist with network equipment, cabling, cybersecurity tasks and technology deployments.
Maintain accurate technology asset records and inventories.
Travel between Heritage properties to provide on-site support.
