Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is seeking an IT Technician I to support our hotels, restaurants and destinations. You will be among the first to assist when technology isn’t working, helping keep operations connected and secure.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of systems and learn from an experienced IT team, making a visible impact across Heritage properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical education preferred.
• 2+ years IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of hardware, software, OS, Google Workspace, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline on-site and remote support for hardware, software, accounts and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, Chromebooks, mobile devices, printers and related tech.
• Document and manage service requests using Freshservice, escalate high-impact issues as needed.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, user accounts and access controls in Google Workspace.
• Provide initial support for POS, PMS, guest-room tech and other hospitality systems.
• Assist with network equipment, Cat6 cabling, preventive maintenance and cyber tasks.
• Maintain accurate asset records and inventories of equipment.
• Travel between Heritage properties to provide on-site tech support.

What You’ll Do:

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical education, coursework or certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of IT support, help desk or related hands‑on technology experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, Google Workspace and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to follow technical procedures, document work accurately and escalation complex issues appropriately.
• Ability to travel between Heritage properties and work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays or overnight assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and required vehicle insurance.
