Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical IT study preferred.
• 1-3 years IT HelpDesk support or equivalent training.
• Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, MCSA, Google IT Support.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain district devices (Chromebooks, laptops, tablets) and peripherals for the 1-to-1 program.
• Staff the HelpDesk and resolve assigned tickets for staff and students promptly.
• Set up, install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software upgrades.
• Ensure software compliance and license adherence across district systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Provide on-site user support and diagnose technical issues across district facilities.
• Maintain detailed service records and asset management in the ticketing system.
• Flexible in taking on additional duties as directed by IT leadership.
• Lift and move devices up to 50 lbs; operate in environments requiring bending and climbing.
