Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions in Oregon is seeking an IT Technician (I–III) to provide technical support to staff and the IT Administrator. You will install software, troubleshoot devices, manage networks, printers, and web systems, and assist with onboarding and training.

The role requires strong problem-solving, writing and verbal skills, plus knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. A flexible schedule and potential for remote work are available depending on role.

Qualifications

• Tech I requires an associate degree or 0–5 years of experience in a technical field.
• Tech II requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/related field with 3–5 years’ experience.
• Tech III requires a bachelor’s degree with ≥5 years’ experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Administrator with daily tasks including LAN/WAN, network and helpdesk support.
• Respond to staff questions via phone, email or in-person.
• Install software and configure network printers and agency devices.
• Maintain equipment inventory and provide status reports to supervisor.
• Onboard new staff and train on software; coordinate continuing education.
