Job summary

MISTEQUA CASINO HOTEL is seeking an IT Technician in Chewelah, WA. This full-time role is responsible for installing, evaluating, and maintaining computer systems, servers, and network equipment, and for supporting approved software across the property.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of troubleshooting experience, familiarity with casino or retail software, and relevant certifications or an associated 2-year degree.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• One to three years' experience of computer troubleshooting; Casino or Retail software systems a plus.
• Azure or Server experience a plus.
• Associate's degree or similar 2-year technical degree in Computer Information Systems or related area; or two to four years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Installation, evaluation and maintenance of computer systems, server and network equipment and approved software on Mistequa Casino Hotel property.
• Maintain equipment inventory and perform duties as assigned by IT Manager.
• Install software, maintain security levels and access, run daily reports, and communicate with users.
