Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking an IT professional to work with the IT teams and end users to provide administration and support for all property operations hardware and software.

You will maintain gaming and POS applications, ensure regulatory compliance, and deploy standardized workstation configurations across sites. Strong English communication and 1–3 years IT experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English both orally and written.
• Must possess 1-3 years in Information Technology.
• Experience understanding gaming system software applications; Aristocrat Oasis experience a plus.
• Experience in general Windows & SQL Server functionality, operations and security.
• Experience understanding of the major business processes within Gaming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide administration and support for all property operation’s hardware and software.
• Maintain and support property-wide user-based computer applications, upgrades, and security (gaming, point of sale, etc.).
• Ensure computing systems operate in compliance with regulatory environments.
• Capture, deploy, and maintain standardized workstation configurations.
• Provide user support in system and software administration and usage.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, backups, and downtime with users.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Additional duties as assigned.
