Job summary

You will build, image, configure, and deploy devices, troubleshoot desktops and connectivity, perform rack and stack activities, and assist with change management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT support, field services, infrastructure, or data center experience.
• Experience with hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux command-line usage.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience preferred.
