Spectrum is seeking a Technical Specialist I to join our Local Site IT team. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, deploy and maintain PCs, monitors, and peripherals, and support VoIP and Webex calling systems to keep our call center running smoothly.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset management, compliance, and end-user support, ensuring our agents can operate effectively and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years IT experience
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in using Windows-based PC hardware, software, and patches
