Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking an IT Technician to support computer systems, networks, AV equipment, and end users on property. The role requires ensuring secure access, coordinating IT workflows, and providing responsive technical assistance in a 24x7 environment.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in computer science or related area; two to four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in a computer support organization required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the operation of computer systems and peripherals, premise wiring, telecommunications and network equipment, audio/visual equipment and selected software on the property.
• Provides end user and guest support in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Maintains security levels and access rights for software and end user PCs.
