Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs seeks a dedicated IT Services professional to serve as the primary Tier 1/2 Technical Support specialist for the Finance Division and enterprise tribal departments. You will provide end-user technical assistance, maintain core hardware and software, troubleshoot network connectivity, and develop modern IT solutions.

Job Description

Serves as the primary Tier 1/Tier 2 Technical Support specialist for the Finance Division and enterprise tribal departments. Accomplishes the Confederated Tribes of Warm SPrings strategic and operational objectives by providing end-user technical assistance, maintain core hardware and software infrastructure, troubleshooting network connectivity, and developing modern IT solutions.

Requirements

Requires a valid Oregon driver's license and must pass a background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Minimum of an associates degree in computer science, IT or related field; and Comptia A+ or related certification. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
