The Town of Wayland is seeking an experienced IT Technician to join its Information Technology Department. The role provides technical support to end users, devices, and business applications across Town departments and serves as the primary IT liaison for assigned systems.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, administer user accounts and access, deploy and maintain technology equipment, and support Town-wide technology projects.

Starting Salary Range: $74,022 – 96,582 per year + generous benefits package

Recommended Minimum Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; and four (4) years of experience that includes end-user support and business application support.
