Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a hands-on IT Technician to support hardware, infrastructure, and end-user technology in a mission-critical operations environment.

You will build, image, configure, and deploy devices, troubleshoot desktops and networks, and participate in rack-and-stack and cabling tasks while following established procedures to maintain uptime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT support, field services, infrastructure, or data center experience.
• Experience with hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux command-line usage.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities
