Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a hands-on L3 Site Technician to support hardware, infrastructure, and end-user technology in a mission-critical operations environment. Ideal candidates have experience in hardware deployment, desktop support, networking, or data center operations.

You will build, image, configure, and deploy devices; troubleshoot desktops, peripherals, and network issues; perform rack-and-stack and cabling tasks; manage routine maintenance and change processes; and

• 1+ year hands-on IT support, field services, infrastructure, or data center experience.
• Experience with hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux CLI.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.

• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience preferred.
