Talent Acquisition - Strategic Recruitment Manager

Position: IT Technical Recruiter

Location: United States – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including software engineers, developers, system administrators, cybersecurity specialists, data analysts, and other IT professionals.
• Use a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and ATS databases.
• Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget.
• Stay informed on current trends and innovations in IT recruiting, hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of IT job roles, technologies(e.g., Java, AWS, SQL, DevOps, etc.).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
