Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers is seeking an IT Technical Manager to support the Information Technology team in a full-time, hybrid position based in Burien, WA. The role drives operational excellence across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and Salesforce development, partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a technical management or team lead role.
• Experience managing infrastructure, security, and/or development teams.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST and HIPAA Security Rule.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including Azure, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience overseeing Salesforce or similar SaaS platform development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Team operations and provide escalation support.
• Oversee infrastructure, security, and cloud services; ensure HIPAA compliance and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage Salesforce development team and release management; coordinate with Solutions Team.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and escalations for IT services.
• Lead IT projects, set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs for uptime and security.
• Ensure Change Control procedures and documentation are maintained; communicate risks and progress.
