Job summary

Seitel Systems in Seattle is seeking a Systems Administrator (Engineer) to join our growing, employee‑owned IT partner. This full‑time role combines hands‑on engineering with leadership across client environments, delivering cloud, security and networking solutions.

You’ll work with Azure, M365, InTune and Defender while shaping IT strategy for diverse clients. Our hybrid setup is three days in the office and two remote days for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive IT experience.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences; communicating with clients is essential.
• Microsoft and other certifications aligned with IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member, and in some cases the only member, of a Client’s IT team, setting technology direction and leading client success.
• Provide hands-on expertise to keep each Client’s technology environment aligned with their needs.
• Mentor teammates on emerging technologies and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Service Desk to ensure Tier 1–3 support where needed.
